I offer individual counselling sessions to people aged 13 and over, online by telehealth or in-person in Woodend.

I am skilled in the following modalities:

• Acceptance and commitment therapy

• Person-centered therapy

• Trauma therapy

• Emotion-focused therapy.

I accept direct referrals from GPs and community organisations, general enquiries from adults, including referrals on behalf of young people.

Before the first session, I would like to hear some basic information about what brings you (or the person you are referring) to therapy, and what you’d like to achieve together.

My standard session fee is $140 per 50-minute session. I also offer a reduced concession rate of $110 per session is available for full-time students and low-income cardholders (e.g., Centrelink Health Care Card). Please mention your status when reaching out so we can apply this rate.
