I offer individual counselling sessions to people aged 13 and over, online by telehealth or in-person in Woodend.

I am skilled in the following modalities:

• Acceptance and commitment therapy

• Person-centered therapy

• Trauma therapy

• Emotion-focused therapy.

I am also skilled in working with children under 13 and their parents/carers, including the use of play and dyadic therapy. I offer these services under a different structure and pricing model based on the needs of each family - if you are interested to learn more about how this can work for you and your child, please get in touch.

I accept direct referrals from GPs and community organisations, general enquiries from adults, including referrals on behalf of young people.

Before the first session, I like to hear some basic information about what brings you (or the person you are referring) to therapy, and what you’d like to achieve together.

My standard session fee is $140 dollars. If you are experiencing financial difficulty or have a potential source of funding assistance (e.g., financial assistance scheme, carer gateway funding, NDIS package, Employee Assistance Program funding among others) please get in touch so we can discuss this further.
